Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – Zero Time Dilemma

For the final game in the series I joined Jacob at the Left Behind Game Club to chat about Zero Time Dilemma. There was so much to talk about for the controversial finale of the trilogy. The differences between this game and its predecessors are very notable and interesting to talk about, for better or worse!

Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – The Nonary Games: Virtues Last Reward

I joined the Left Behind Game Club once again to continue our journey through the Zero Escape series. If we thought 999 was mind bending then we needed to buckle our seatbelts. Virtues Last Reward is the sequel, upping the ante in every which way possible! Beware, this episode is full of spoilers and I recommend playing through the series yourself if you have any interest at all!

Let’s Play – Zero Time Dilemma

We completed the Zero Escape series with a full playthrough of Zero Time Dilemma! It took me a while to get used to the different style of this one, but once I did, I was all in. A fun entry to a fun series.

I really enjoyed my full, blind playthrough of Virtues Last Reward. Every time I thought things were peak crazy, something else happened. And yet somehow it all ended up making sense!

Let’s Play – Portal

I managed to go 13 years without getting this game spoiled. Pretty impressive.

I am not a fan of first person games but I knew this game was a classic and when I picked it up extremely cheap on Steam I knew I had to play it.. if for any reason for the history lesson.

As it turns out.. I probably would have benefited from some extra context.

Everyone else – Portal is such a fun game! It’s so funny!

Me – This is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done in my life. Let’s just forget Portals exist, do everything wrong and micro analyse every little thing.

I can’t even put it any other way.. my play-through sucks. However, now I feel much better equipped to attempt Portal 2!

Let’s Play – The Vanishing of Ethan Carter – Abandoned

What initially started as a Let’s Play unfortunately got abandoned.

This is a very important statement – I do not do horror. This game started out so well. I was so impressed by the detective sections and the puzzles. It felt so great to play. Then came the moment. A moment that scarred me to this very day. The game isn’t technically a horror but I felt like I couldn’t continue.

I do want to say that it is worth a watch. The game did so many things well. If it had continued how it started it probably would have been one of my favorite games. Instead, it was my first failed Let’s Play. In case you haven’t noticed.. I am a top class wimp. I still sometimes re-watch the end of my play-through, just for shits and giggles.

Let’s Play – The Nonary Games: 999

My third Let’s Play and my longest to date! Not my first ever visual novel but my first in a very long time.

My blind play-through of The Nonary Games:999 is probably my most watched series to date. I am so pleased with how it went, especially the order that I got my endings. It was such a great experience, Virtues Last Reward is definitely going to be my next long series.
