I am not a person that specifically makes podcasts. I am, however, a person that listens to podcasts. Sometimes I am busy walking, or cleaning, or doing other things that don’t allow me to watch a video. For this reason, I make some of my content available in podcast form.
Guesting – I have had a lot of fun being a guest on other peoples podcasts, check out below for all of my appearances!
PS Plus Round Up – Each month I used to play the free PS Plus games on YouTube. I then would do a round up of the month, chatting about each game and deciding whether it was a good month, whether PS Plus is a good service, predictions for the next month and more. Again, there is a full video on YouTube, but I export the audio separately just in case anyone is on the go and looking for some different gaming content! This series has now ended but the Archives are still up.
Let’s Chat – Sometimes when I am finished a game I still have so much more to say. This is when the Let’s Chat comes in. There are video versions on my YouTube channel, but to me it is also the type of content that I like to listen to on the go. Mostly deep dives into the story, theories, and also a bit of how the game played too.

Guest Appearance – The Greatest Story Ever Played – The Quarry
I had a fantastic time chatting to Dan on his podcast The Greatest Story Ever Played alongside Jacob from the Left Behind Game Club. We had a really fun discussion about The Quarry, the latest entry into the Supermassive game catalogue. I had a great time reliving the game and hearing where our games diverged.…
Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – Zero Time Dilemma
For the final game in the series I joined Jacob at the Left Behind Game Club to chat about Zero Time Dilemma. There was so much to talk about for the controversial finale of the trilogy. The differences between this game and its predecessors are very notable and interesting to talk about, for better or…
Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – The Nonary Games: Virtues Last Reward
I joined the Left Behind Game Club once again to continue our journey through the Zero Escape series. If we thought 999 was mind bending then we needed to buckle our seatbelts. Virtues Last Reward is the sequel, upping the ante in every which way possible! Beware, this episode is full of spoilers and I…
Guest Appearance – Cutscenes: A Video Game Movie Podcast – Resident Evil: Extinction
Now that this section of the blog is up to date, I can finally announce some current news, and that is that I am on another Episode of Cutscenes! This week was my second appearance, and the third in the series of the Resident Evil movies. Once again, I had an absolute blast, this time…
Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – The Nonary Games: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors
After taking part in the Psychonauts episode of Left Behind Game Club, I was lucky enough to be invited back on, this time to discuss a very different game. The Nonary Games: 999 is the first in a series of visual novels, full of mystery, twists and turns. It is quite a special series on…
Guest Appearance – Cutscenes: A Video Game Movie Podcast – Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Jacob McCourt (host of The ‘Left Behind Game Club), alongside friends Katie Lesperance and Travis Colenutt, created a new podcast called ‘Cutscenes’. In this podcast, they talk about movies and tv shows that are based on or around video games. I like to say that they watch them so that we don’t have too! The…
Guest Appearance – Left Behind Game Club – Psychonauts
The ‘Left Behind Game Club’ is a a fortnightly book club style podcast. Hosted by Jacob McCourt, Mike Ruffolo and Moe Murtadi, every episode they play a game and get together to talk about it in an aim to recreate that feeling of discovering a new game with friends at release. In their ~1 hour…
Saying Goodbye to my Ps Plus series.
Hi guys, I hope everyone is doing well! Some of you may have noticed that I am extremely behind on my Ps Plus series. I have made the difficult and sad decision to stop. I know that no-one really followed it intently and most people will just think ‘ok cool’ or ‘do what you need…
PS Plus – September 2020
September 2020 is here with a new line up of games! I asked for variety. I guess that was kind of answered? We haven’t had a fighting game for a while. In fact, I don’t think we have had one at all since I started covering PS Plus! After having lost of shooters and just…
PS Plus – August 2020
Overall, August 2020 was a strange month in PS Plus terms. The fact that we got another Call of Duty game just two months after the last, and that it was single player only was completely overshadowed by the release and success of Fall Guys. And that in itself makes it a great month. Call…
PS Plus – July 2020
July 2020 marks the 10 year anniversary of PS Plus. To celebrate, they gave us an additional game Erica, on top of the regularly scheduled line up of NBA 2K20 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. NBA 2K20 is a basketball game, made to simulate the complete basketball experience. I can’t tell you whether it…
Let’s Chat About – What Remains of Edith Finch
When a game worms its way into your brain as much a What Remains of Edith Finch did there is only one thing you can do. Sit down and hash it out with yourself for half an hour. This is one of the first Let’s Chat video/podcasts that I made, where I did a deep…
PS Plus – June 2020
After the relaxed month of May, June turned out to be all action. While it technically shouldn’t have been ‘my month’, it turned out to be probably the most fun month I have had since I started this project. Call of Duty: WWII almost had my interest before I played but not too much. I…
PS Plus – May 2020
This month was the month of chill. Or simulation/management games to be exact. A lot of people weren’t happy. These were both games that I wanted to try but didn’t want to buy, and that makes it the best type of PS Plus month in my opinion Cities Skylines is a game that I had…
PS Plus – April 2020
April arrived, and this time I only got to make one video. More on that below. PS. They went heavy with the Playstation Exclusives so far this year! Dirt Rally 2.0 is a car game, the first racing/sports type game that we have got with PS Plus this year. I am not a fan of…
PS Plus – March 2020
After being spoiled for the first two months of 2020, March brought us back down to 2 games. Shadow of the Colossus is a game I had been hoping for for a long time. It was such an interesting experience, I don’t think I have ever been more uncomfortable playing a game in my life.…
PS Plus – February 2020
We got 4 games in January, so Sony decided they were going to one up themselves and give us 5 for February. Firewall: Zero Hour was a bonus PSVR game provided in February. Unfortunately I don’t have a video for that as I was having some PSVR/Capture Card issues. BioShock: The Collection contains not only…
PS Plus – January 2020
The first month of 2020 and instead of 2 we were given 4 games! Sadly for me I already own both. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection contains all three of the Uncharted games, remastered in all of their glory. Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted: Among Thieves and Uncharted: Drake’s Deception. Drake’s Fortune was the second ever…
PS Plus – 2019
Sadly I don’t have monthly blogs for PS Plus of 2019. I do, however, have a lot of content on Youtube. There are videos of every single game as well as Round Ups of every month. Then I did a longer video as a summary of the whole year. For reference, I am going to…
